Opus West, One of Orange County’s Largest Commercial Real Estate Developers, Files For Bankruptcy

As expected for a while within the commercial real estate community, Phoenix-based Opus West Corp., one of Orange County’s largest commercial real estate developers, announced today that it will soon be filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
