Prior to joining Voit Real Estate Services, Stefan began his career in the United Kingdom with Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in the representation of corporate clients globally in Appraisal, Asset Management, Sales, Leasing and Investment of commercial office, retail and industrial property. Stefan has managed major international and national acquisition and disposition accounts for corporate clients including BP, Disney, McDonald’s, Tesco, Tetra Pak, H & M, 3M, Prudential, Valve Corporation, The Daily Mail Group, and Virgin Atlantic in over 600 commercial lease and sale transactions worldwide, ranging in size up to 600,000 sq.ft and exceeding $400,000,000 in total consideration.
Stefan graduated with Honors from Oxford Brookes University, England with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Management. Stefan holds the professional designation of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the World’s most respected and high profile global Standards and Membership organization for real estate professionals. Jerry Holdner - VP Market Research
Jerry Holdner is the Vice President of Market Research for Voit Real Estate Services. He has been researching and interpreting commercial real estate market information in Orange County, Southern California and nationwide for over nine years and is Voit Commercial Tenant Solutions exclusive commercial real estate market research advisor.
Jerry is widely recognized throughout the media and the commercial real estate brokerage communities as one of Southern California's most eminent commercial real estate research experts. Jerry brings a macro view of the commercial real estate market to Voit Real Estate Services. He is responsible for direct commercial real estate and economic research activities for Orange County, the Inland Empire, Los Angeles and San Diego Counties and throughout Southern California.
Prior to joining Voit Real Estate Services, Jerry served as Research Services Manager for Grubb & Ellis in Orange County, California. Jerry began his career at Cambio Investments in 1992 as a Real Estate Research Analyst. Jerry received his Master of Business Administration from Chapman University in 1998 and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from California State University, Fullerton in 1993.
